This is the
process of managing the installation of specialty equipment and systems. Often
the installation of unique or socially designed systems is handed off to a
traditional mechanical equipment installer. If the installer is not familiar
with the intent of the system function, things are often left to chance. We can
make sure that the system is installed to provide the intended final result.

Equipment Start Up and Commissioning
o
Commissioning
systems after software integration and balancing is the only way to make sure
that the system works as intended. The coordination between installation, integration
and balancing is often lumped together at the end of the job when contractors
are trying to wrap up the job and often these are not carried out in the order
necessary to make sure that the end result is what was intended.

Customer Training
o
Providing the
customer with training and documentation at the end of the job goes a long ways
towards cementing a good relationship with the customer. It also eliminates a
lot of follow up phone calls with requests for information after the job is
closed out. It's a small up-front investment that will eliminate a lot of
problems down the line.
